Sexuality Education & Intimacy Choreography
Kristel is the founder and director of Naked Truth Theatre Arts, LLC, which offers comprehensive, holistic, intersectional sexuality education and intimacy for the stage. She is both a certified holistic sexuality educator and trained intimacy choreographer.
As a sexuality educator, she works with people of all ages, facilitating sexuality education, bodily autonomy, and consent. Her training is healing-centered, trauma-informed, sex positive, pleasure-focused, inclusive, and accessible.
Kristel’s training includes the Institute for Sexuality Education and Enlightenment (ISEE), Theatrical Intimacy Education (TIE), and Open Intimacy Creatives. Her training informs every area of her work as an educator, facilitator, theatre artist, director, and choreographer.
She has spearheaded the development of the Nurture program with Dandelion Arts Collective, weaving holistic sexuality education with performing arts and participatory arts practices.

Individual Sex Ed Coaching & Support
Now offering individual coaching for caregivers, parents, and trusted adults who are needing a bit more support on their sex education journey with their young people. Together, we’ll outline a path forward that’s resourced, realistic, and tailored to your specific needs.
Both in-person or online meetings, as well as sliding scale pricing options are available.
Current Workshop Offerings:
Hosted in partnership with Dandelion Arts Collective, this online workshop series supports parents and caregivers in THOSE TALKS.
We will share resources (digital, print, and more) and amplify the work of other fantastic sex educators/sexuality professionals. It doesn't have to be terrible or terrifying! We're building a community of grow-ups who prioritize accurate, comprehensive sex ed and ALL that it encompasses for young people.
Who should take this workshop? Parents, caregivers, and any other adults living or working with/mentoring young people (ages 0-18). Adults only, please. We’re creating a brave, shame-free space to speak freely and ask questions.
Regular How to Talk to Kids About Sex workshops will be back monthly starting in September 2026, featuring special sex ed topics, resource sharing, and/or Q&A sessions. One-off workshops during Summer 2026 can be scheduled by contacting me.
How to Talk to Kids About Sex
95% of adolescents have smartphones, and 45% describe themselves as “constantly online.” Did you know that 25% of 18-24-year-olds cite “pornography” as the place where they’ve learned the most “helpful” information about how to have sex? With young people accessing pornography on the internet earlier & earlier, candid conversations around digital safety, consent, intimacy, and healthy dating/relationships are more critical than ever. In this 9-week in-person workshop, we use participatory and arts-based activities as a springboard for dialogue, critical thinking, and community-building, and provide practical tools for building safer, more respectful relationships between young people.
Pornography Literacy for Teens
More than the Basics: Not Your Gym Teacher’s Sex Ed
Inspired and adapted from the Our Whole Lives Curriculum for ages K-12, More than the Basics dives into the complexity and nuances of a holistic, inclusive, sex-positive sex education, beyond sexual health and reproduction. Using the framework of the Circles of Sexuality, we explore the intersections of Intimacy, Identity, Sexual Health and Reproduction, Sensuality, Power and Sexualization, and Personal Values. Through participatory games and activities, improvisation, dialogue, critical thinking, and arts practices, this curriculum explores sex education through a comprehensive, intersectional, and more inclusive lens.
